“In conjunction with our move to Boerne, Tx, which necessitated interim housing and a storage unit while our new home was being constructed, we leased a 10’x20’ unit at Ten Oaks Storage in Boerne.

While the unit itself was totally satisfactory, as was access and security, what stood out most to us was your onsite manager, Jessica Phillips. We can’t give her enough accolades to do justice to the services she provided. The following represents some of Jessica’s attributes that set her apart from typical service representatives:
1. Always professional, yet personable.
2. Very responsive- Jessica always returns calls promptly and follows through on her promises and commitments
3. Customer focused- Jessica seems to always be driven by a commitment to satisfying her customers
4. Excellent communications skills- Her verbal communications are always clear, concise and thorough
5. Always portrays a positive, can-do attitude
6. Flexible- Jessica fully understands the challenging times facing the home construction business and its impact on home buyers. She fully comprehended that delays in construction completion resulted in our need to extend the term of our storage unit rental multiple times. She happily extended our lease on a month-to-month basis and never once “pushed us” to give her a final move-out date.
In summary, Jessica was extremely helpful to us and always made us feel important and appreciated. My wife Nancy & I consider her to be an extremely valuable asset to GEMCO Storage.
